registration certificates.

This deposit will hold the puppy until it has been evaluated by a certified veterinarian

and has had first shots and is ready for pick up at 7 weeks of age.

If the remaining balance of $_____________ is not paid within five business days

from notification of puppy’s availability, seller may offer said puppy to another owner

without any further obligation to buyer placing this deposit. If, however, the buyer is

unable to pick the puppy up on the scheduled release date and arrangements have

been made with the seller, a $5.00 per day boarding fee will be added to the balance

of the purchase of said puppy. Willow Creek Kennel will hold a puppy no longer than

it being 10 weeks of age. At which time, if the puppy is not paid for in full (along with

any boarding costs) and picked up, Willow Creek Kennel has the right to resell the

puppy without any further obligation to buyer and all money put toward the purchase

of said pup will be forfeited.
