Timber

This is Timber, our top stud dog. He is a beautiful rare dark mahogany red. His father is Caledonia's Big Red and his mother is Black's Maghony Ceyanne. His brothers include Nitro of Moonridge and Power of Kool Alaskan Malamutes. All four of the above dogs are about the most beautiful reds that we have ever seen. I have great gratitude toward Ryan Clark of Stratford Kennels for giving us the opportunity to purchase Timber. I noticed him a few years ago and have always wanted a pup from him. Unfortunately, the weather never permitted shipping from AZ to WA during the summer which most of Timber's litters were born. One day, I was checking in with Ryan to see if he was going to have an upcoming litter, and to my suprise, he was selling Timber and Ophelia. I contacted him immediately. I just had to have this dog. Arrangements were made to drive from WA to AZ to pick the dogs up. Once Timber arrived, our family fell in love with him. He was not only absolutely gorgeous but a big loveable teddy bear. Timber is just a big baby at heart. I don't even think that he realizes his size. He seems to think that he's just a puppy. Timber is also one of the best father's that I have seen. He doesn't just ignore the pups he sires, but he helps take care of them, protect them and play with them. I was told that Timber's ear is floppy because he was bit by another puppy when he was little. It isn't genetic. If you ever got the chance to know Timber, you would come to realize that his floppy ear fits his personality to a tee and just adds to his wonderful character. Timber is now 5 years and will be retiring in a few more years. I plan to keep one of his pups to take his place in the future. I just couldn't dream of letting this line end. Timber weighs 115 lbs. His bloodline includes Caledonia, Moonridge, Wakon, and Hooker.

This is Kovu. He was born on June 1st, 2009 at Willow Creek Kennel. He is siblings with Serenity and Keanna. Kovu's parents are Timber and Crow. This was an accidental breeding that turned out in our favor. Kovu is a beautiful and rare deep mahogany red (almost brown) with a heavy mask like his father. Kovu is turning out to be a stunning replica of Timber in looks and character. We can't wait to see how he turns out as an adult and have very high hopes. Kovu is a reminder of the dog Marley in "Marley and Me". He doesn't seem to be scared of anything and enjoys getting into mischief, hence, the nickname "Little Trouble Maker" was born. Kovu is very carefree like his Dad and nothing seems to get him too upset. Kovu exists to be loved! He weighs 76 lbs at 7 mths. His lines include Caledonia, Moonridge, Hooker, Ellas, Wakon, Cascade, Ttundras and YukonJak
